Section 1.Developing cohesion and alignment
To ensure the new strategy and implementation was true to the DNA of the organization, we grounded our work in extensive research and expert facilitation – IDIs, competitor and market analysis, executive workshops, data analysis, and cross-functional partnership.
Positioning
We refined their core positioning to emphasize their unique commitment to science-backed, educator-designed literacy solutions. Our messaging framework clarified value propositions for diverse buyer personas—from curriculum directors focused on outcomes to classroom teachers seeking usability—and established a consistent voice that balanced authority with approachability.
Most importantly, this positioning created internal alignment, giving product, marketing, and sales teams a shared language and direction.


Identity for complexity
The new brand is fundamentally systematic—a flexible design language that balances rigor and joy, and that seamlessly extends across physical products, digital platforms, and in-person events. The learning ecosystem, product families, and individual products carry distinct personalities, but still signal seamless integration.

As the portfolio expanded to encompass whole class, intervention, and intensive intervention, we helped 95 Percent Group shift the narrative from a vendor of individual tools to a comprehensive partner for literacy instruction. System strategy/architecture
We helped name, brand, and launch the One95 Literacy Ecosystem, clarifying how products relate to each other, to different instructional contexts, and to the Tier framework educators already employ.
We then translated this architecture across the product catalog, website structure, and sales tools—bringing clarity to complexity.
